1954 Ferrari 375MM Spider
Let me introduce you to the 1954 Ferrari 375MM Spider.
Equipped with a 4.5L V12 engine, a manual gearbox, and weighing just around 900 kg (1,984 lbs), this beautiful Italian machine delivers an impressive 340 horsepower—an extraordinary figure for its time.
Its Spider body was designed and built by Pininfarina. The car was first sold to Roman driver Pietro Palmieri and driven by Franco Meloni, who won the Giornata dei Primati with it on September 26. In 1960, this very example underwent a meticulous restoration while under the ownership of Horace Jeffrey.
This car later participated in the renowned Mille Miglia in both 1988 and 1990, along with several other competitions where it often reached the podium. While it may not have one of the most extensive racing histories among its peers, this example stands out for its exceptional state of preservation—something that cannot be said for many others of its kind
